Egg Donor 100% Refund Plan

At VCRM we are very sensitive to the cost of Infertility treatment and have devised several plans to give our patients the flexibility to choose the best option for them. In addition to our traditional plans, we have been offering our Donor Egg Refund Plan to couples who have no insurance coverage for Donor Egg since 2004. Couples will pay a set fee that will cover up to 7 fresh Donor Egg cycles, and their resulting frozen embryo transfers (plus a non-refundable fee of $10,500 Donor cost per fresh cycle)*. If couples do not achieve a live birth after the transfer of all the embryos resulting from these cycles, 100% of that amount will be refunded back to the couple to pursue other family building measures such as adoption. Most of our patients have conceived on their first attempt, as noted in our "Donor Egg Results" section.

Certain restrictions apply on the eligibility for this innovative program. Each case will be reviewed by our scientific board, and a decision is reached on whether the couple will be offered inclusion in the Donor Egg Refund Plan.

2- Traditional Plan Option* ("a la carte"):

     a) Dedicated Donor Egg $23,500 (includes ICSI, extended culture, and/or AH)

     b) Split Donor Egg Cycle: $16,000 (you need to split the eggs with another recipient)

     c) Known Donor Cycle: $18,500 (includes ICSI, extended culture, and/or AH)
