Single men or women unable to carry a pregnancy, same-sex male couples, and intended parents who have exhausted other fertility treatments often pursue gestational surrogacy. In gestational surrogacy, a surrogate (gestational carrier) provides her healthy uterus to carry and deliver your child.

Your gestational carrier can be someone known to you (a friend or relative) or an anonymous carrier selected through a surrogate agency. All carriers undergo medical, uterine, and psychological screening prior to IVF.

Surrogacy requires donor eggs—from the intended mother, a known donor, or an egg donor selected via our Donor Egg Program. Sperm from the intended father or donor fertilizes the eggs, and PGT-screened embryos are transferred to the carrier's prepared uterus.

Mandatory Legal Safeguards: Independent legal representation is required for both the intended parent(s) and the gestational carrier before cycle start.
